The simplest way to achieve absolutely anything is to start at the end. Know where you are going and use that to dictate where you start.
For decades I worked with high-performing individuals who managed chaotic workloads and multiple projects. Most of the time the visionary served as the bottleneck to a very intricate execution strategy. Ideas often never made it to planning stages. It’s not that the leadership teams weren’t capable or maxed out.

My journey through the business landscape has been nothing short of exhilarating… and exhausting. With experience spanning a diverse array of industries—from consumer and tech to real estate, mortgage, and auto—I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with startups, mid-sized companies, and Fortune 500 giants like Mercedes-Benz USA and Bosch North America and Tom Ferry, Todd Duncan, Highnote, and LionDesk.
I climbed the corporate ladder and when I got to the so-called ‘top’, I was exhausted and unfulfilled…spending years prioritizing work over my family. I knew there had to be a better way. In reflecting back, what drives me today is the same thing that helped me achieve executive status: the desire to achieve big wins and goals. But instead of getting there through hustle and grind, I learned how to move the needle with ease and fulfillment. The kick-ass Marni never went away… I just added in some Namaste and found an easier way to do it.
